Philipp Ritter joined Forever aged 18 after he had to end his young career in professional soccer. Philipp qualified as Diamond Manager at the age of 30, but never stopped doing the basics.
For Philipp it is important to reach his goals. And, he loves to work with young and ambitious people with whom he shares the networking skills he acquired over the years. He knows how to motivate his team by planning his own incentive programs. So, six years and a Gem Eagle Manager qualification later, he achieved two very important goals: qualifying for Chairman's Bonus at level 3 and entering the GLT.
