Working out is something the most of us would like to do more. Every beginning is hard, but sticking with it even more.

In the winter, exercise can disappear from our weekly planning completely. This doesn’t mean we should stop trying. Are you someone who never works out? Or have you just woken up from hibernation? Let’s get started:

Set your goals
It's important to decide what you want to accomplish before you start your fitness journey. This way you can adjust your goals to give you the fastest results. If you want to lose weight and burn fat efficiently, you should do cardio. These are high-intensity activities such as swimming, jogging or playing squash. If you want to build up muscle tissue, you should do strength training and exercise with weights.

When you start your sports adventure it's important to stick with it. Decide how many times per week and on what days you’ll work out. You can use numerous workout apps to track your results. These apps can also work as a reminder for when you’re working out. Beware! If you’re just starting out you have to be careful with building up your activity. By letting your body get used to all these new movements you might prevent your muscles from getting tired.
