It's a nation-wide phenomenon! Pumpkin spice everything is back. From cookies to coffee drinks to even things that shouldn't be pumpkin flavored, the pumpkin spice craze has hit with full force.
We've decided to embrace it with our own twist on a Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake!
Here's what you'll need:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree (pure, not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Ultra Lite
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 medium banana
- 6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
