The Secret to Success

I love working with the great friends I have in Forever - whether it’s a member of our staff from around the world, a Country Manager, an FBO or a member of the Global Leadership Team. These are meaningful and powerful relationships I value and that have helped to shape the company that we have today. In fact, we just finished a great couple of days meeting here at the Home Office with our EGLT. Rolf and Dominique, John and Jayne and Bheki and Gabi helped us to make some decisions and gave us some advice about the plans we have for the future.

What a unique opportunity for us to be able to bounce these incredible ideas off the best networkers in the world - not just in our company but in our industry. Like I said, we love these relationships and are grateful to them for their example and willingness to give of their time and talents. Forever is unique that way, trust me! All of our leaders are remarkably committed to Forever’s future and the way that we do business.

During our conversations we became more and more convinced that, although we are doing great and setting new records around the world, there is so much more we need to do. The potential for Forever is simply off the charts and we, all of us, need to realize that we are just scratching the surface of our potential in our global marketplace. We have an exceptionally generous and fair marketing plan and we have a proven, pure and effective product range. I cannot see any reason why every home in the world could not benefit from using them. When you think of it like that, we do have a lot of work to do!

Many people, when they enter our business, look for the key to success. They speak to our leaders and attend and watch all of the trainings they can get their hands on to try to discover the ONE thing that makes them successful. What is the secret? I think most of you know by now, the secret is that there isn’t one.

In fact, our most successful leaders and those that have quickly built large, sustainable businesses have done so by replicating the same fundamental behaviors that we introduce to each new FBO right from the beginning. Retail the products. Become a product of the product. Introduce two new people a month to the opportunity and teach them to do the same. And so on and so on and so on. It’s not complicated. In fact, one of the most beautiful parts of our business is the simplicity. But these simple habits need to be done CONSISTENTLY.

I was sitting next to Rex at the Forever Experience that was held last month in Scottsdale and he leaned over and said, “I am as excited today as I was 40 years ago when we started this business!” I 100% agree. Our potential for growth is incredible right now!

I honestly believe (and our leaders around the world agree with me) that with a dedication to consistency, we can double our sales.

I can’t wait to see you in Dubai!

Keep Smiling,
