Što predstavljaju Eagle manageri?

Za nešto manje od mjesec dana, radnici matičnog ureda i nekoliko tisuća Foreverovih Poslovnih suradnika, pozdravljat će obalu Barcelone dok će ih brod zvan Freedom of the seas (Sloboda mora) odvoziti u bespuća Mediterana. Jedna je to od mnogih pogodnosti za sve Eagle managere; iako je ovo važni dio Eagle poticaja, postoji tema kojoj nismo posvetili dovoljno pažnje – što zapravo znači biti Eagle.


S pozicijom Eaglea dolazi i priznanje, ali ono što ja zaista bitno, su osobine koje definiraju tip Poslovnog suradnika čiji su Eagle manageri predstavnici. Četiri karakteristike koje ću upravo navesti nisu samo osobine stvarnog vođe, već i neke od najsnažnijih kvaliteta koje prepoznajemo u ovim ljudima koji nas neprestano zadivljuju svojim postignućima.



Vjera
 


Vjera u sebe, proizvode, posao i putovanje nije samo ključan sastojak izvrsnog Foreverovog vođe, već i posebna moć koja pospješuje ustrajnost i pozitivan stav Eagle managera. Kada Eagle zaista vjeruje, može postići sve, jer znamo da su vjera i želja polovica tajne uspjeha. Uz snažnu vjeru, ništa ne može uzdrmati vođu.



Odgovornost


Kada biste pitali Eagle managera što žele ostvariti u predstojećem mjesecu, možda bi vam rekli da žele povećati svoju prodaju za 15%. Kada pristupite tom Eagle manageru sljedeći mjesec, možete biti sigurni da su postigli upravo ono što su rekli i spremni su vam otkriti kako su to uspjeli. Dio Egle managerstva znači da ste posvećeni tome da učiniti sve u svojoj moći kako biste došli do cilja.

You may be thinking that communication is an obvious trait for a network marketer, but you’ll be surprised at how many FBOs don’t fully understand what communication entails. Leaders are masters at this skill using it to influence others to accomplish their mission by providing direction, motivation and purpose. Communication is verbal, as well as non-verbal. It means being able to express positive news and recognition, but also being able to give criticism and report on negative feedback.

Consistency

Possibly one of the most important traits of a leader is consistency. Ensuring that you have steadfast adherence to the same principles means you’ve become an unsinkable ship. No matter how rough the seas get, your ship never fails  you. Consistency is built through building the right habits and keeping the end in mind. Eagles are a true representation of consistency because they have built businesses that bring not only themselves into the light of success, but they also focus on bringing others up. To accomplish this, they must be able train, mentor and guide other FBOs through their journey.
